The Freshtel V2 Voicedot network, a telco-grade VoIP network, will deliver enhanced scalability, reliability and security.

The network replaces the existing infrastructure on which Freshtel's Australian customers make and receive voice calls over the internet and has been rolled out across Australia.

The V2 is a distributed style network, rather than one that relies on a centralised infrastructure, and so caters for the requirements of the mobile VoIP market.

Voicedot technology bridges the networks used by Freshtel in Australia and its overseas markets, allowing the interconnection of voice services across compatible retailers and whitelabel partners.
